Position

Supervisory Assistant (DR) – fixed term until 02/04/2027 at James Gillespie's Primary School.

Working Pattern & Pay

• Salary: £26,205 – £26,525 (pro‑rata for part‑time and sessional)
• Hours: 16 per week, 38 weeks sessional
• Working pattern: Monday – Thursday, 10 am – 2 pm

Salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.

Responsibilities

• Supervise in the lunch hall.
• Supervise the playground.

Qualifications & Checks

This role is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
