Summary About the Position: As Chief, Technical Services Branch, is responsible for providing program support for real estate services for the Baltimore and Philadelphia Districts. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of technical programs, along with knowledge of the mission, organization, and work processes of programs for Civil, Military and IIES. Responsibilities Plan appraisal actions for the acquisition of property and property rights for various projects. Exercise technical and administrative supervision over a team of professional and technical employees. Give authoritative oral advice on a wide variety of questions covering branch operations. Provide expert project management for various real estate technical services branch activities.
