Responsibilities Provides guidance to the Payroll Accounting Technicians and Lead Accounting Technicians on a variety of payroll accounting clerical duties including initiating key tasks, establishing work cadence and managing team deadlines. Keeps process manager apprised of all issues. Relays instructions from the Payroll Manager and monitors workload to ensure department meets service level agreements within specified timelines.
