Responsibilities

• Tumutulong sa production upang malaman ang ikot at sistema nito, pati nadin ang mga makinang ginagamit dito
• Nagmomonitor ng mga gawa ng tao, acting leader sa kada department, kasabay nito ay ang pagmomonitor sa mga makina
• Knowledge of basic compound design
• Knowledge in compression, injection and transfer molding etc.
• New process improvements and rejection control
• Analysis and reduction of tire defects
• Tire testing knowledge and trouble shooting of process problems
• Production improvement through time and motion study
• Effectively support 5’S, ISO, Kaizen activities and coordinating with other departments
• Knowledge in engineering plastic like automobile, electrical and medical components
• Knowledge in raw materials handling inspections and quality control of raw material
• Aware of all types of raw materials and testing
