Supervisor, Utilities - Electrical

JOB SUMMARY:
Supervises the operations, maintenance, monitoring, scheduling, installation and improvements of resort wide life safety, security control, environmental building management and utilities related systems, infrastructure associated equipment and components to include: Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electronic Control and Energy Management. Formulates, implements, tracks and validates energy conservation initiatives to reduce consumption of site wide Utility commodities. Oversees Utility services, meter readings, billings and payments.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Develops and communicates resort wide MEP maintenance & utilities annual budgets for utility departments. Supervises all Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electronic Control and Fire Alarm work such as routine, quick calls, preventative & predictive maintenance, discretionary and emergency repairs.
