Essential Functions
:
Provides supervision, communication, and direction for the respective area workforce.Plans, schedules, and coordinates work assignments related to pressure management and the maintenance of distribution regulator stations, gate stations, critical valves, and telemetry cabinets including the repair and calibration of field instrumentation.Supervises area instrumentation and regulation activities in accordance with state, federal and industry codes as well as Company standards and policies.Responsible for standardization of work practices and procedures across the Company.Develops and implements employee safety programs and monitors employee and contractor work practices to ensure compliance with safety standards.Conducts technical OJT and Vendor training programs for field personnel.Administers the agreement between the Company and the Union.Administers the Company’s natural gas ...
