Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the MicroMix Plant and ensure it is in good working order for lease to internal and external customers.
- Manage the production planning and control of premixtures, fillings, and seasoning mixes.
- Manage inventory planning and control of Prima Food Ingredient stores, including month-end closing reports, Oracle system updates, internal and external audit checks.
- Maintain Premix Production Laboratories and related equipment.
- Assist in setting up new production lines and plants for the Department, Company, and subsidiaries based on R&D outputs.
- Coordinate installation and commissioning of the MicroMix Plant and equipment with vendors, engineers, contractors, and contract workers.
- Work closely with Group System Engineer (installation & commissioning), Deputy Manager, QA (Renewal of Food Licence with SFA), Food Technologists and Research Chef (applications).
