- Enforce OSHA or local safety standards (e.g., WSH Guidelines in Singapore), conduct site inspections, and hold regular safety briefings.
- Inspect completed work and materials to ensure they meet project specifications and building codes.
- Monitor the delivery and proper storage of materials and heavy equipment to avoid shortages.
- Document daily logs, track project milestones, and prepare regular progress reports for upper management.
