1,Overall Management: Responsible for the daily operation and management of the clinic, including front desk reception, handling customer complaints, and coordinating cross-departmental resources.
2,Team Management: Reasonable scheduling, overall management of the physician, therapist, and administrative teams, and fostering team cohesion and service awareness.
3,Customer Management: Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, establishing VIP customer files, and improving customer satisfaction and repeat visit rates.
4,Performance Achievement: Develop and implement monthly/annual operational goals for the clinic, controlling service quality and cost management.
5,Brand Promotion: Assist in planning online/offline health lectures, free clinics, or promotional activities to enhance the clinic's brand awareness.
