The Opportunity
As the Supervisor, Roads Operations, you will lead and coordinate daily roads maintenance and operational programs while working closely with the Manager and fellow supervisors to achieve divisional goals. You will oversee scheduling, inspections, preventative maintenance, seasonal operations, and documentation to ensure compliance with legislative requirements, technical standards, and Council‑approved service levels. You will also play a key role in communicating and collaborating with residents, contractors, and internal teams to support safe, efficient, and reliable road operations.
