We are looking for an Insert Operator/Operations Supervisor- Night Shift who will:
Report to Design Delivery Center Leader to contribute towards managing the daily work processes, procedures, volumes, and deadlines.Monitor departments daily. Identify and report on inefficiencies and successes.Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including maintaining safe working environments.Be responsible for adherence to contractual SLA & OLA standards. Any potential deviation must be escalated and followed up with appropriate documentation.Track all statement holds, reruns, respools, releases and any other special instructions to ensure the correct mailing of products associated with the Production Facility.Coach and provide performance management to a team of 20+ team members.Is this oppor...
