Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Patient Engagement members to ensure timely medication refill support
- Proactively manage support in assigned hospitals and clinics to ensure patients receive medications on time
- Ensure all service level goals are met and patients receive high-quality care
- Manage ADP, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Time Reports for team members
- Provide front-line supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Facilitate team and hospital management meetings, including creating agendas and following up
- Establish efficient workflows between the Patient Engagement team and clinical integration teams
- Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and coordinating training for new team members
- Manage on-site pharmacy relations and workflows, including claims reversal and coordination of care
