Overview

We are seeking a polished, hands‑on, and service‑driven Floor Supervisor to join one of Dubai's most sophisticated cocktail lounges. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high‑performing team while delivering seamless service to an international and VIP clientele.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a luxury cocktail lounge, fine dining restaurant, or 5‑star hotel within the UAE.
• Fluent in English, plus one additional European, Latin American, Balkan, CIS, or Afrikaans language (mandatory).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support front‑of‑house teams in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and cocktail lounge etiquette.
