Supervisor, Logistics

Summary

The Supervisor, Logistics directs the integrity and flow of all merchandise into and out of the location, ensuring product availability on the selling floor. This role supervises logistics staff, manages workflow and scheduling, and coordinates transfers and special order deliveries to meet customer promise dates.

Responsibilities

• Provide task-specific coaching and day-to-day supervision of logistics employees
• Manage team workflow and review daily objectives, assigning appropriate tasks
• Coordinate processing of transfer requests and follow up on special order deliveries with sales and buying teams
• Ensure swift delivery of product to the selling floor and manage supplies and hanger inventories
• Oversee safe, controlled storage of customer merchandise and ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree, preferably in Business
