Supervisor IT Infrastructure Services

Lead a team responsible for the administration, governance, and optimization of Microsoft 365 (with a strong emphasis on A5 licensing), backend tenant operations, and critical university application ecosystems (student information systems, LMS, research/admin platforms). Ensure secure, reliable service delivery aligned to cybersecurity best practices and institutional policies. Drive continuous improvement, incident resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/Computer Systems Engineering or BTech in Information Technology
• At least five (5) years’ experience in Microsoft 365/Office 365 administration, including A5 licensing management, of which two (2) years in a team leadership role
• Experience in supporting higher education or large enterprise applications (LMS)
