Under the collaboration with the Coding Manager/Director, the Supervisor of Coding plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of the functional Coding area they are overseeing. This position is responsible for supervising and providing oversight of the day-to-day operations of the inpatient coding and inpatient coding staff.
