ROLE AT A GLANCE:
The Assistant Manager / Supervisor – HR Transactional Services is responsible for supporting the delivery of HR transactional and administrative services across areas covering the employee lifecycle such as Onboarding, Data Management, Rewards & Benefits, and Workforce Management for Global/EMEA region.
This role operates within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization and focuses on ensuring high-quality, timely, and efficient service delivery to internal and external stakeholders, while contributing to a strong customer service culture and continuous process improvement.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Support the delivery of HR transactional services across multiple HR domains, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards are met.
