Supervisor for Environmental Assessments

Lead critical Environmental Assessment projects with the Municipality. This temporary role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and extensive knowledge of environmental legislation.
As the Supervisor of Environmental Assessment and Studies, you will report directly to the Manager of Engineering and Infrastructure. Expect to utilize your expertise in municipal engineering, including Excess Soil Management and Shoreline Management. Successful candidates will need a University Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and strong analytical skills to coordinate environmental activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all phases of Environmental Assessment projects
• Liaise with consultants and government agencies
• Prepare environmental permit applications
• Present information during public consultations
