Your Impact

As a Supervisor, Fixed Plant, you will lead and coordinate maintenance programs to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of Red Chris Mine’s processing and fixed plant assets. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining equipment performance and supporting operational excellence in alignment with Newmont’s safety and asset management standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fixed plant maintenance activities across processing and mill areas.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective execution of maintenance work.
• Coordinate with planners, operators, and contractors to minimize downtime and optimize asset reliability.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing maintenance team through coaching and technical guidance.
