Job Description

Supervisor will oversee daily activities to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) and supervise a team on the afternoon shift. Responsibilities include leadership, fabrication operations, quality management, health & safety compliance, reporting, budget support, and compliance.

Compensation

Estimated annual base salary range: $87,990 - $116,578.80. Individual pay is determined by performance, experience, education, and other factors. A 10% annual bonus target is available through the company’s incentive plan.
