Responsibilities

• Responsible to perform TMS execution on his area of responsibility Autonomous Maintenance and Professional Maintenance activities.
• Delivers the JPH / OPE every day, volumen attainment according to his area of responsibility.
• Develop the EWO (root cause analysis) and execute countermeasures to eliminate the causes.
• Manage the union resources; only point of contact with union people and follow and execute Shop Floor Management.

Basic Skills

• Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics.
• ABB, Fanuc, Nachi, and COMAU robots.
• ControlNet, EtherNet, DeviceNet, and PILZ communication networks.
• Advanced handling of RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs.
• Advanced knowledge of resistance, electric arc, projection, and laser welding.
