Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and training a team of competent QA inspectors to support the manufacturing of medical devices by performing inspections and tests as established in the procedures and specifications. The supervisor leads the daily efforts to ensure the medical devices achieve the requirements, coordinates the containment and correction of non-conforming material in process, and releases product once all acceptance criteria are fulfilled.
Responsibilities
Personnel:
Train QA inspectors in sampling, inspection criteria, tests, parameter reading, specifications, and daily tasks. Support electronic platform access for personnel. Interview and select qualified staff.
Inspection and Tests:
