Supervisor (CSA)

Job Duties

• Understand the methods statements & job analysis; Provide inputs to engineers and supervisor on improving the methods statement design; Plan for meeting assigned daily production targets set by Superintendent
• Translate targets to sub-contractor team in terms of timelines and quality of deliverables in line with safety guidelines
• Organize work area and estimate logistic requirements for any equipment; Secure approval for procurement of equipment in timely manner
• Supervise works to prevent wastage, keep track of materials, maintain in-& out records; Minimize wastage of any material
• Conduct daily meetings with subcontractor staff, analyse issues and identify areas for improvement
• Resolve issues faced by team (labour / equipment related) and raise escalations to supervisor as needed
