Job Description
Supervises, plans, organizes and evaluates laboratory support operations and staff including, but not limited to, Central Processing, Phlebotomy, and Inventory. Communicates with customers and staff; ensures quality outcomes. Maintains equipment and information systems needs.

+ Promotes Clinical Laboratory Support department goals by selecting, motivating, and training capable team members.
+ Leads the activities of assigned Clinical Laboratory Support team members by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department objectives.
