Department: PMG Neuro Services/GW
Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $24.11 - $36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
+ Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.
Responsibilities:
+ Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to Medical Assistant and LPN/LVN staff.
+ Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
