As the Production Supervisor for Large Generator Stator Operations, you’ll lead a skilled team of core builders, stator winders, final assemblers, and GVPI operators, to manufacture and service large generator stators. You’ll begin each day by arriving an hour before shift start to complete a handoff with the outgoing supervisor, review current production status versus the schedule, and set priorities and work assignments. At the start of the shift, you’ll huddle with the team to review a safety topic in support of our Zero Harm culture, align on production status, communicate assignments, and confirm shift goals.
