Job Summary

The Supervisor, Business Systems is a key member of the Strategic City Building Project Team, the division established to lead the City's end-to-end modernization of its land development services systems. Reporting to the Manager, Information Systems & Operations (Land Development), this role leads a team of technology professionals and business experts responsible for the support, maintenance, and modernization of core land development business systems including permitting and approval platforms, electronic plan review systems, and field inspection tools, all critical to delivering legislatively compliant, efficient land management and approval services.
