Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure works are carried out according to project schedules.
- Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, material usage, and productivity at site.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, identify issues, and ensure timely rectification of defects.
- Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, manpower attendance, and material usage.
