Supervisor Afternoons/Midnights

Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, you will lead plant operations and process improvement efforts by guiding teams to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost targets. You will identify and resolve production constraints, ensure resources are aligned to daily plans, and foster an engaged, team‑oriented workforce that drives continuous improvement and business results.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead team members to execute daily production plans that meet quality, productivity, and cost standards
• Identify operational issues or bottlenecks and lead structured, team‑based problem‑solving efforts to resolve them
• Monitor production performance to ensure established standards are maintained
• Support employee development through training, coaching, and performance feedback
