**Job Description:**
The Supervisor will report directly to the Site Manager and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the flight schedule, ensuring they are conducted in the safest manner possible. The supervisor will have oversight over all aspects of maintenance operations, including program quality, logistics, training, analysis, and metrics.
