The role

As a member of our team of social workers, you will have the opportunity to help vulnerable children and young people find a foster home that can transform their future. You will also supervise and advise foster carers, ensuring both carers and children receive the support they need to thrive.

• Visit homes and maintain regular contact with both carers and young people, serving as a safeguarding champion.
• Collaborate with specialist clinical teams to provide tailored support such as occupational therapy, art therapy, and trauma/attachment specialists.
