Position Summary
The Supervising Attendant Guard is responsible for the supervision of all reporting personnel. The supervising attendant guard performs typical duties of an Attendant Guard. Enforces the rules and regulations of the New York Botanical Garden. Responds and implements emergency procedures and notifies NYBG staff when necessary. Assists in the training and orientation of new staff.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
+ Supervise attendant guards and other appropriate personnel; prepares and implements personnel post assignments
+ Assists in the orientation and training of security personnel
+ Reports inappropriate behavior of personnel to superiors and prepares related documentation
