A Day in the Life

As the Flow & Weighing Supervisor for the night shift at our Montreal plant, you will be the cornerstone of our nocturnal logistics operations. You will guide a dynamic team of forklift drivers and weighing operators, ensuring the fluidity, safety, and efficiency of all goods movements and weighing processes.

• Drive Logistics Operations: You will plan and oversee internal flows, product handling, and weighing operations, while ensuring inventory integrity.
• Lead Your Team: You will act as a leader, responsible for training, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve standards of excellence in safety, quality, and performance.
