Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise team members and plan work schedules accordingly.
- Oversee inventory levels, product presentations, and store cleanliness.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Identify and discard expired or damaged merchandise.
- Restock and rotate products to ensure optimal freshness.
- Maintain fully stocked display areas at all times.
- Apply FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles to extend product shelf life.
- Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work shifts, 6 days per week.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a supermarket environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
