Responsibilities
+ Oversee daily field operations and coordinate activities among electrical, civil, structural, mechanical, and commissioning teams.
+ Develop and manage project schedules, manpower plans, and construction sequences.
+ Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and utility representatives throughout the project execution.
+ Maintain productivity goals while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
