Job Description
This short-term contract role is for a Superintendent of Construction overseeing a ground-up convenience store and fuel station project. The position focuses on managing site civil operations, including utilities, grading, paving, earthwork, and stormwater systems, while keeping the project on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety and quality standards. The Superintendent will coordinate multiple subcontractors on a commercial construction site and ensure consistent communication, documentation, and adherence to project plans throughout the 12–14 week assignment.
