POSITION SUMMARY
The Superintendent/Carpentry Foreman/Lead Carpentar oversees all in factory construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards while also assisting with staff training to improve efficiency and craftsmanship. This role provides daily leadership to our production teams, coordinates weekly and monthly goals with the Director of Factory Operations, and ensures strict compliance with company policies, building codes, and safety regulations.
