Superintendent

SuperintendentReporting to the Field Manager in the region, the Site Superintendent, is accountable for coordination, administration, and site supervision for construction of the building. They will ensure Bird’s Values and Business objectives are adhered to at site, consistently demonstrate the Bird brand and operate a site where all stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism.

This position is based on site in the Edmonton, AB area.

What You Will Be Working On

Pre-Construction Management

Work with the Project Manager, develop and maintain master project schedule with input from subcontractors using either MS Project or Primavera P6.

Develop Health, Safety and Environment Plan.

Review contracts with the Project Manager to ensure scope of work and schedules are accurate and feasible.

Notify Equipment Management Team of requirements for project.
