Job Summary

As the Superintendent Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily maintenance and operations of the building and premises. You will assist in ensuring that mechanical systems are well‑maintained, that the building remains clean and safe, and that tenant needs are addressed efficiently and respectfully. You will also supervise the work of multiple Maintenance Workers and provide essential support during emergencies, maintenance work, and special events.
