Success Coach (Hybrid Learning Program)

Position Overview

The Success Coach is a champion of personalized student centered learning and holistic student growth within a dynamic hybrid environment. Working collaboratively with students online teachers of record parents and Success Managers the Success Coach ensures student mastery in academic subjects while mentoring learners to become lifelong self-driven thinkers. This role combines Socratic teaching strategies facilitation of life skills and support for student-led exploration creating an inclusive engaging atmosphere where every learner's unique path is honored.
