Substation Lead We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Substation Design Lead to oversee the design and engineering of high-voltage substation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in substation engineering and proven experience in managing international clients and multi-disciplinary teams across global projects. • Lead the design and engineering of HV/MV substations (up to 765kV), including layout, protection & control, grounding, and auxiliary systems. • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, etc.). • Coordinate with global clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction. • Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers. • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughou...
