Job Title: Substation Construction SupervisorJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Substation Construction Supervisor to oversee safety, contractual, and operational aspects of substation construction projects. The ideal candidate will set a positive example in both the field and office environments and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
+ Participate in safety discussions and observations during morning POD and ALL HANDS meetings, and make suggestions to improve safety.
+ Perform daily safety inspections with crews, sign every Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) at each work location, and evaluate for correctness and completeness.
+ Engage with crew members during inspections, encouraging positive behaviors and addressing safety violations with corrective actions.
+ Act as a liaison with landowners to maintain good relationships and address concerns.
