Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Career Readiness
Location: India (Remote)
Availability requirement: Minimum 20-30 hours per week
Required Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Career & Technical Education (CTE), Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
Required Skills
Knowledge of career planning, workforce readiness, and employability skills.
Understanding of career pathways and workplace expectations.
Familiarity with resume writing, interview preparation, and career development.
Ability to align instructional materials with CTE standards.
Strong subject matter expertise in the assigned career cluster.
Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or educational publishing.
Knowledge of state standards, curriculum correlation, and standards mapping.
Ability to review instructional materials for technical accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.
