In this pivotal role, you will manage subcontracts for various technical services in the marine sector while collaborating closely with Project Managers. Your expertise will facilitate efficient contracting through Standing Offer Agreements and active supplier performance management in alignment with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and negotiate subcontracts for marine projects
• Collaborate with Project Managers on Work Packages
• Analyze supplier proposals and assess risks
• Act as primary liaison for subcontractor relations
• Report on program milestones regarding cost and quality
Requirements:
• 4-8 years of experience in a complex environment
