**Description:**
You will be the Subcontract Management for the Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and supplier collaboration to support manufacturing excellence.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor relationships and ensuring that material flow aligns with production schedules.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and manage subcontractor agreements and performance metrics.
+ Coordinate material flow between suppliers and manufacturing sites.
+ Facilitate supplier collaboration to resolve issues and improve processes.
+ Support manufacturing excellence by ensuring timely delivery of components.
