Responsibilities

Lead the entire subcontracts lifecycle from initial solicitation to closeout, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Negotiate complex subcontract agreements, securing favorable terms and conditions while mitigating potential risks. Manage subcontractor performance, conducting regular audits and progress reviews to ensure adherence to scope and schedule. Oversee the development and issuance of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements.

Qualifications

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Construction Management). Holds relevant certifications, such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or similar, showcasing expertise. Demonstrates a minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in subcontracts management within the construction or related industry.
