Educational Requirements for the Student Support Manager: B Degree 5-8 years’ experience Previous experience within a similar role Previous managerial experience Knowledge of CRM Duties and Responsibilities of the Student Support Manager: Manage student queries in general and ensure that the relationships between the College and its students is professional Ensure that all student queries are finalized satisfactorily Keep record of student queries and the outcome thereof Manage the CRM system to ensure that all issues/queries/complaints are received, transferred, and finalized.
