Student Success Associate - Careers: Dell Young Leaders

Position Overview

The Dell Young Leaders programme empowers university students from low‑income backgrounds to overcome barriers to success and realise their potential as leaders in their communities and careers. The programme offers relationship‑based support and personalised advice in four areas: academic, financial, wellness and career. It currently serves more than 1 200 active students at three university partners and aims to ensure that at least 86 % of students graduate and 98 % of graduates secure work or further study within three months of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Build strong rapport and trust with students; deliver timely, tailored career advice and support in one‑on‑one and group settings (in person or online). Prepare students for employment through mock interviews, CV reviews, and career development opportunities.
