Position Summary

BCIT’s School of Business + Media is seeking a temporary, full-time (1.0 FTE) Student Recruitment Specialist.The Student Recruitment Specialist is responsible for student recruitment activities and systems offered and supported by the institute’s Marketing and Communications department. In addition, the recruitment specialist investigates, develops and implements activities and technologies that support the departmental, school and institute’s strategic goals and business plans. This position works closely with the manager to develop partnerships within the institute and build relationships with industry associations and key secondary and post-secondary schools. Recruitment and follow-up efforts will focus on the Insurance and Risk Management program, and other School of Business + Media programs, including flexible learning.
