Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all payments received.
- Conduct debtor follow‑ups and manage strategic collection communications.
- Verify agent commission payables and ensure accurate invoice processing.
- Reconcile student payment records and regularly update account balances.
- Respond to student and agent payment inquiries promptly and professionally.
